The link that says "Search for Your New Home" in the middle of this page is the link to my local MLS site. It has up to the minute listings as REALTORS input them into the MLS system.
Click on Property Finder. Input your state, then your county. It will take you to a main screen where you can then choose from specific criteria: city, bedrooms, baths, etc. If you would like to save your search for future purposes, or be notified automatically of new homes that meet the your search criteria: sign up for "Homes Prospector." Homes Prospector will email you (depending on how you set it up) each day, or several times a day, of new properties that meet your criteria.
If you need a more detailed search, email me or fill out the form under Home Search, and I'll be glad to do a personalized custom search for you. This is helpful if you need garage, basement, or other criteria that doesn't show up as choices in the search screen.
FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES: In the screen in the middle of the page, go to Property Finder. Put in your state, then county. It will take you to a main screen. Across the top, you will see "Residential Rentals". Click on this tab and input your information. It will show you all of the rentals that meet your criteria. Please note: With my change to my new Brokerage: ZipRealty, I no longer do rental properties.
